Alice has worked in the fitness industry for over 25 years. She is certified by ACE, AFFA and AEA and is continuing education specialist for all three organizations. Alice began her fitness career by majoring in Physical Education and Recreation at William Paterson University. Alice is currently the Director of Fitness Programming and Educational Development for Shapes Total Fitness for Women in Florida.
Additional accolades include creating the Shapes Academy where primary and continuing education courses are developed and taught for her staff of 300. Course content targets newcomers as well as experienced fitness professionals.
Alice administers corporate wellness programs for employees including health fairs, group fitness programming, and personal training.
On the national level, Alice presents at fitness conferences and is a Master Trainer for Gliding. She has been honored with the following:

- Shapes Corporate Employee of the Year Award 2000

On the personal side, Alice is married to Fire Fighter Jay Henry, Englewood F.D. and her 24 year old son Eric is a Law Enforcement Officer for the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission of Florida. Alice enjoys hiking, biking, boating, fishing and relaxing with friends and family.
